Hi all of my fabulous neighbors! I just wanted to bring something to light that many may not be thinking of... Heck, I never thought of it until last week! We had a young lady hit our sons parked car with her golf cart. She was not insured on the golf cart so we went through our insurance. She was quite lovely and has done everything to help resolve this with our insurance company and was very neighborly about it. I just want to advise if anyone has a golf cart it should be insured for street driving since accidents do happen. Thankfully no one was hurt and that is the important thing, but it caused such extreme damage to our son's vehicle they totaled out his car today-he was 8 payments away from paying off and owning his first car outright. Now he has to pay $350 towards the pay off since he had to pay 1K in deductible out of the pay out and will have to pull from savings for his down payment on a newer car again. Drive safe neighbors! And insure your golf carts if you drive them around the neighborhood!

I completely support this 110%. It is not like we are driving down Big Bend or even Balm-Riverview. We should be able to casually cruise our golf carts in the neighborhood.
