We run a small family run Bed & Breakfast here in Cornwall, we work tirelessly hard to make it a success, but customers demand more and more here and treat us like a hotel, when they don't get the hotel service (there is only two of us here) they complain not to us to trip advisor a negative review is the first we here of a problem and invariably had the guests asked whilst they were here it could have been easily resolved.
And even when asked directly all the happy customers never leave a review even though they say they will!
