Boyfriend struggels with it.

I have had TN since October 2013. Have had MVD, Gamma Knife, and tried every drug possible. I have facial numbness due to the gamma knife and my face, mouth, and eye burns constantly. I would love to feel normal again.

I am a sufferer of TN like so many others who suffer in silence with this very painful disease. No matter what type of medicine one takes, it never takes the pain completely. So many of the treatments are medications that have dangerous or serious side effects and leaves one like a zombie unable to speak or drive. Please help look into what causes a=this horrible ailment and what may help control or limit it's effects so that people, their loved ones and friends/supporters can begin to live a normal life.

I Have had TN for 17 years. At the beginning it felt like I had a cut above my left eye when in the shower, then one day the electrical thunder bolts started firing off. I have had relatively good relief from Tegratol, but now it's efficacy wearing off. I fear the future.

Diagnosed 4 years. Cannot take the normal meds. We need more alternatives and docs who know about prevention. Body alignment. Allowing cranial massages for some as treatment. Including cbd & thc.

My wife has this and I swear it's almost as pianfull for me to see what she goes thru is as the pain she's going thru. I hate this disease.

I suffer from TN and it is the worst pain I can ever imagine. We need a cure as soon as possible to help the many people who live with this. There are so few specialists who know how to treat this condition. I basically keep my pain low with medicines but I don't want to take 4 different ones daily just to get through the day. The medicines could be damaging my body. I belong to an online support group and we have lost or almost lost several members to suicide in a short amount of time. We desperately need you help. We can't keep losing people from this pain.

I have Trigemenal Trophic Syndrome. That's TN x 10. Rhyzotomy,,MVD are deadly. Don't let a lying surgeon tell you different.
