I have had this unbearable disease for over 40 years. It is shameful that health care professionals are not aware of its painfulness and are not considerate in their care. Please spread awareness of this and other facial pain disorders.

I've had TN for 12 years and I still get treated like it's just a headache at the ER. More awareness is definitely needed.

Please help all of us suffering with extreme pain. It is so hard to live daily with this condition. So many people have taken their lives because they can't take it any more. Please stop the pain and the deaths.

I am a 41 year old recently diagnosed with severe Trigeminal nerve disorder after almost 15 years of suffering symptoms I thought were due to sinus and ear infection. I can no longer work due to the severe pain and side effects of the medication. I hope to go into remission or find a cure.

My daughter has this very debilitating disease after 3 surgeries very little relief 3 of my grandchildren who she struggles every day to take care of and a husband who shows no empathy who served her with divorce papers a month after her MVD surgery but she tried to change things so stayed with him but because her surgeries were not to helpful now he says he will stay till after Christmas but wants them to separate I told her do it now because of his mental abuse he puts here through EVERY day

This disease has taken too many lives. Some of us just are not dead yet. Please help us. It's a damn shame that medical professionals look down their nose at us and refuse to help.
