I have bilateral Trigeminal Neuralgia.. MVD brain surgery 11/16/16. We need BETTER! More awareness, research, medication, treatment and cure!

I have seen how this illness can completely ruin lives and yet mostly it is unseen. The drug treatments available are far from ideal and can cause personality problems to develop. This illness and the drugs prescribed to treat TN destroyed my relationship. I urge WHO to make this a priority in 2018 and add Trigeminal Neuralgia to their list.

Everyone needs to be educated including the medical community on trigeminal neuralgia.

My 31 year old daughter suffers terribly with no pain meds and countless Doctors sending her around and none of them can/will help her. She was diagnosed over a yr ago. :'( Broken hearted mom.
