TN needs greater understanding. It took 12 years for my GP to refer me to a specialist and a further 6 months to have MVD or decompression surgery which has been an effective treatment for me. If only i hadnt had to wait those 12 years and be on copious amounts of strong painkillers during that time. I was failed by medics who didn't have the required knowledge to treat TN

Let us no longer suffer the silence of being unknown

My Aunt sure could use a cure for this terrible disease

As someone who suffer,s every day with TN i get sick of trying to explain to people what it is that i have so if it was noted as a pain disorder and advertisement more people would know and understand more about TN and what its like to live it TN

Devastating condition that is not given the focus that it's effects deserve

This is an agonising and debilitating condition that doesn't get enough focus. We need support to stop the pain now!

I have suffered from this beast for 20 plus years it is time it got the attention we deserve
