Milton Dudley showed no mercy to Brian and he deserves no mercy either. He is a danger to society and deserves to spend his life behind bars. That is the only way the punishment can fit the crime.

Murderers, among other acts of heinous crime, do not deserve to even have the chance at parole. The victim still has family, children grown now. How incredibly awful this already has been on them through out their entire lives, if this murderer was released would be like the state of Alabama slapping in the face, his children, and all who loved the victim. So sad and heart breaking to begin with. Murderers released is disgustingly disrespectful.
