With a relatively low upfront investment, triangle sports could easily provide net profits for Green Bay parks and provide the city and surrounding municipalities with a great location for numerous winter activities.

Please actually take this into consideration. Raise the lift ticket rates if needed. Have meetings to come up with ideas.
