I recommend not only this, but investing a little more into the biking jumps and berms, in the way that The Railyard in Bentonville, Arkansas has! We could really use some mountain bike features we can ride even after it's just rained the day before, which would really help protect our trails from impatient riders riding in mud and damaging them!

I would LOVE to see a park like this happen in our area! It's not only something I would enjoy but something I would dream of taking my 4 kids to make some amazing memories!
