Our HOA oversteps their bounds. Tree swings are good for the neighborhood. Violations over every tiny thing is bad for our neighborhood.

As a mother to a special needs child, tree swings are a much needed “escape” for them without being overstimulated at a park/public area.

One of the reasons we moved to this neighborhood was the feeling of community and seeing kids out front. A swing in the yard reminds me of all the above. My daughter has benefitted so much just from this swing. Quarantine has left us with minimal things to do and this swing will be one of the strongest memories of her childhood that we share with our neighbors. If this is taken down you will be breaking the hearts of 11 kids that spend hours on end socializing by this swing. If you haven’t already, read “The Giving Tree”.
