This is ridiculous. Not allowing kids to swing or have one on you're own property. This is America and kids deserve to be able to swing in their own yards. Front or back!!

It’s about time! We have lived here for 13 years and our daughters would have loved a tree swing! Most of the good full grown trees are in the front yard. What’s the harm of a swing?
