The State should not hold inspectors to a higher standard than other real estate professionals. Agents have more than 30 times the number of complaints filed with TREC.
Too much regulations
Please stop trying to require testing for CEU’s. And violation the listed regulations in the petition

Arbitrarily requiring inspectors to take (and pass) testis for CEU credits is a major change in policy. If that is really what TREC management wants to to, so be it . BUT, take it through the established process of proposal, hearings, commentary and voting before making this major policy change.
