I'm still wondering what exactly are the negatives for pot shops on main. Legal pot is not some sleazy business venture. BCC has been there for 5 years. What bad has happened? Cops report no crimes related to this shop. Let this store stay and the ones on Airport Rd move onto main if they wish. Our image won't be tarnished any more than Aspen's has been where they are " tastefully" done. Some of us are sick of all the alcohol fueled events in town. Selling pot is not an event. It's a sale of a legal product.... It brings tourists here spending money. That supports the Breckenridge"brand"... Business is up. It's unfair to ban shops from downtown core.

Ironically signing this petition in the midst of working Oktoberfest weekend: where our “family friendly” town completely shuts down MAIN STREET and stops functioning so folks can booze it up on the street and waddle home. I’ve literally seen folks vomiting and relieving themselves behind bushes. So here’s to pot shops… mostly because they want you to take it home and enjoy it in private, and also because they’re nowhere near as loud, rude or sloppy as the drunks I’m watching out the window.
