I was probably around 3 years old for the box office release of treasure planet, but I saw the movie on Netflix recently and absolutely fell in love with the story. The movie needs a second chance; the first was golden.

One of the most intuitive, touching, and amazingly created pieces of film in all of the galaxy. After seeing promising use of new development in 2D/3D animation as shown in the "Paperman" short, we can almost be certain that an application of this will be the sequel to an unfortunately under looked classic.

This is another underrated masterpiece that every is over looking. Great story, Fabulous characters, and have grand potential. Of all the other dumb movies that gets sequel this one doesn't get a chance. It is ridiculous.
