I would love to see a sequel for this amazing movie! It's by far one of my favorite Disney movies, but it's so underrated!

Treasure Planet is a big part of my childhood, and i heard there were plans for a sequel but apparently just because the box office wasn't successful it was blown off. Which is a really stupid reason i think and when i found this petition i was sooo happy that someone is still wanting a sequel even after 13 years

Just because it doesn't do well in the box office, doesn't mean it does not deserve a sequel. Direct release, Netflix, etc proved that. Treasure Planet had all the makings of a sequel, and possibly a trilogy, if Jim went looking for his father. I would love to see someone, or a studio, pick this back up.

I felt that a lot of effort went into the building of the treasure planet universe and it was one of the aspects of the movie that I enjoyed the most. It would be nice to see this expanded upon and explored in a sequel

Keep Treasure Planet alive! It's one of the most inspiring Disney movies I've ever watched! Children need motivation and inspiration from movies like this one.

This was probably my favorite out of all the Disney movies when I was a kid. The wide-eyed little boy in that movie was easily the most relatable character. The movie also had a really nice mix of wonder at the unknown and thrilling suspense in decent portions. I would personally love to watch a sequel. I would even buy the DVD and I rarely buy movies.
