One of the best movies in my childhood! It torn my heart to find out that the directors, storyboard artists and actors were working on Treasure Planet 2 for 8-9 months only to have it all cancel in the end.... The art and the concept for Treasure Planet 2 is amazing. Let's bring it back to life.

In my opinion one of the best animated movies of all time. It's less than ideal performance in the box office was due to poor marketing and it being released at the same time as The Santa Claus 2, Harry Potter 2, Die Another Day, and 8 Mile. It breaks my heart knowing that Treasure Planet 2 already had concept art, and was canceled minutes before Willem Dafoe recorded his lines for the villain.

My favorite childhood movie! Me and my brother had to have watched it at least 20 back when it was on vhs. Really hope they remake it.
