I've read the synopsis and I want this to happen! I'd go see it! I honestly can't tell why the first one failed so badly other than the fact that there were a ton of other movies out at the same time.

Disney says that the original Treasure Planet was not a big success, but everyone I know says the movie was amazing. I would love to see a sequel.

Treasure planet was my childhood, I remember watching this movie when I was only 2 years old and rewatching it again everyday. It had such a good message and good characters and I would defintly love to see a sequel on the big screens
