From what I heard about the original plans for the sequel, with it having Willem Dafoe and what not, I think it could have been really something. Willem Dafoe is still around, and I'm sure most of the other actors are, so it's still possible. If the original script was good, then they should do it

The best movie that has ever existed, so underrated. The animation style is big inspiration as an illustrator. 11/10 would watch on repeat.

in my personal opinion it was interesting at first I did not see it as a child but I saw it in parts until finally I saw it complete and I liked it and I think about service streaming disney plus but possible anniversary and made by fans and if a romantic interest or a possible animated series would be interesting
