This petition aims to allow all under 16 year olds to have free public transport all over England. Under 16 year olds would recieve free travel on Bus', Trains, Trams and subways. The plan could allow under 16's to be able to have a better social life, get to school on time, decourage binge drinking and to highlite the fact that teenagers need to use public transport and have the right to just as everybody else.
