Advanced Disposal gets our $$ but they don’t do their job properly!

The service we get is so spotty. Only one week since May has this company collected both trash & recycles on the right day!

I believe we are paying for scheduled service that has consistently failed to provide that service on the agreed upon schedule without being able to provide any real reasons for the interruption in service.
If "AD" cannot provide the citizens of Middlesex with this essential service, I believe that the township should take a stand and do their part and either pressure AD to restore service, and our trust, or they need to open up the township's recycling for bid and not allow AD the ability to re-bid for our business due to their poor service levels over the past months.

This problem should have been solved by now. I HATE SEEING TRASH BINS ALL THROUGH THE DEVELOPEMENT ON sUNDAYS.

If AD is not able to provide reliable service the township needs to terminate the contract and seek a better alternative. My recycle bin is filled to the brim each week, and if it is not emptied on time, there is no room for the following week’s recyclables. When bins are left at the roadside for days waiting to be emptied, items are scattered throughout the neighborhood by wind.

It is clear that AD is unable to fulfill their obligations. The Township Supervisors need to find a company that is able to pick up our trash and recycling on schedule.

I don't think we should be inconvenienced any more. AD is thumbing their nose at us. Trash & recycle are to be picked up on Friday. Another weekday would be fine, no weekends. If they can't honor the contract, it is time to pull the plug.

Maybe split pick up days for trash should be considered like Monday for recyclables (since this seems to happen routinly now). It is unacceptable that trash cans sit out for days waiting for pick up. Looks bad for development and with storms the trash gets blown all over neighborhood when it sits out for days.
