I wanted to start my bakery this year but this grease trap rule completely stopped me. It makes zero sense for cottage food. Please fix this.

A 1500 gallon grease trap for a home kitchen? That is just impossible for anyone to install. Let us bake cookies without needing a sewer plant in our backyard!
