Subject: Videography of the Oral Test/Personal Interview conducted by the DSC

Sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject, we the undersigned would demand for Videograph (video recordings of the personal interview) of Oral Test / Personal Interviews which will be conducted by the District Selection Committee for the various job vacancies.

We demand the Oral Test / Personal Interviews to be videographed (recorded visually with audio which should clear and audible) to ensure transparent appointments and such video clippings should be made available to the public.

Such steps will bring about transparency in the functioning of the DSC and also in the selection procedure of candidates during the Oral test/Personal interview as the recordings would also be available to the candidates and the public (for the public should have the right to know the performance of the candidates before the selected candidates serve them).

Therefore we demand that the Oral Test / Personal Interviews of the DSC should be Videographed (video recording) in the interest of justice and for the sake of future references by the candidates.
