To end the pandemic it is necessary to protect others while wearing masks in public and isolating when out of control. However, the only way to end the pandemic is to spread mass immunisation by way of the antibodies of those who have overcome the infection to immunize others so that they can overcome the infection. And it may also prevent people from becoming infected as well.
Research tells us now that immunisation is lasting, as in the case of previous Coronavirus infections. The denial, popular amongst the public and health care workers against an inevitable mass immunisation, is an endemic neurosis.
As a proof, the very same people continue to assume that a pandemic will come to an end when the public has become infected and subsequently immunised. This contradiction is apparent.

The general public would surely wish to become immunised before being infected, especially when they would become eligible for a immunity passport, in order to resume their various life functions.
IgM, IgG antibodies and lymphocytes T cells are all operational. Immunisation is possible. Transfer of Convalescent Plasma treatment is verified for infected Covid-19 patients and as a preventive measure for mass immunity to end the pandemic.

Convalescent Plasma is being used by some 1,500 hospitals in the USA. In Britain, 5,000 patients were being treated with Convalescent Plasma every week a month ago according to AlJazeera News report. Brazil is using this treatment for immunisation. China used this treatment to stop the pandemic. Antibodies last at least 3 months and likely longer. The body used a template of the antibody to replicate the necessary immune response.
Note that if this treatment of Convalescent Plasma transfusion and its complementary concentration in an Antibody injection, there would not have been 4 million deaths. It is also not burdened by the cost of paying pharmaceutical companies for their patented use.
With the new varieties like Delta II, Lamda etcetera there will be a need to immunize people for the latest mutation of the Covid-19 Coronavirus. This is the only way to stop a new variety before it spreads while waiting for a new vaccine. In any case, the RNA vaccines only protect against the transmission by means of the spikes but will actually disable the virus itself in its new variety.
