HAHAHAH FINALLY I am so happy
here's why:
.A couple of examples of this mistreatment is when the art teacher (white) told me "this isn't how we do things here, this isn't the bronx" (I'm from Manhattan) when I finished a drawing to early.Teachers such as Mrs.Defranca and Mrs.facilli would constantly accuse me of graffiti because "graffiti is a New York thing".

The St. John the Evangelist grammar school was truly exceptional. It provided a variety of meaningful experiences, both for myself and my 4 brothers. All 4 of us graduated from the school, beginning with myself in 1964.
However, 2020 is completely unrecognizable, sadly to the society and culture of my youth.

Education is the most important resource we can give to our children.
If we want a world full of colors we need them to be educated. Please don't forget them .!

As a parent I’m devastated if the short notice given of the schools closing. To drop this on us and the children when they “saw the light and the end of the tunnel” of retuning to school and seeing their teachers and friends is disgusting. I want a Catholic education for my children like I had. The spiritual aspect and work ethic has helped me in my life. Closing Catholic school makes it harder to find one for my kids and those that are left are in towns where the tuition is unaffordable in these uncertain times. Please keep our school open or at least have a discussion with us.

Please keep the school open. The kids now a day do not have this great education on a faith base program. Thanks

This decision clearly was not based on what is best for the children and/or families that have sought for their children to grow in their faith and excel academically. To close this school during these uncertain times is heartless and the manner in which it was done is disgraceful.

Please keep this school open; my loved ones are in need of this institution and teachers that have worked so hard should not be left in such a hard predicament. Notifying parents with only a month left before school Starts leaves kids vulnerable to not having a place at all in other schools.
