Mr. Hahn and I have been separated for 6 years. Neither of us still lives in Pennsylvania and have not for over 4 years. He lived in West Virginia with me in 2006. I have started a divorce proceeding here but because I have asked for alimony he has filed a Statement of Intent to Proceed on January 31, 2011. There had been no prior activity in this case for over 3 years. I thought the case was closed in Pennsylvania. I can not afford to drive to Pennsylvania for the proceedings as I am currently unemployed.
