We, the undersigned residents of Lawson in Waxhaw, NC petition the HOA to change the bylaws and allow trampolines on our private properties. We, the residents of Lawson, will hold our own insurance on said trampolines and take every safety precaution necessary with no liability on the HOA, Braeseal Management company, or the boards that serve this community. My kids are bored out of their minds all summer. It is our own backyard and we have our own insurance so why are they still telling us what we can do on our own property?? Let us have some fun.
