January 31, 2011 To : The Yale Golf Course As a member of the Westville community I support the community and Alderman to improve the property at the corner of Ray Road and Conrad by improving its curb appeal with welcoming, colorful foliage, adding a short exercise trail, placing benches and tables around the trail and providing a fenced in area for neighborhood dogs to run off leash. Finally. That corner is such an eyesore right now. Adding some benches and a place for the dogs would actually make it usable for the neighborhood.
