We, the undersigned residents of Orchard Dr., do hereby petition the Traffic Board and Police Department of Mt. Lebanon to prioritize a traffic study of Orchard Dr. from the section that connects to Mount Lebanon Blvd up to Jefferson Dr. The study being requested will explore effective methods for calming traffic in this residential area. This local, residential street experiences a high volume of residential and commuter traffic at unsafe speeds for pedestrians, specifically children walking in the neighborhood.
