I personally know people who have gotten into accidents. They have been permanently injured, and a man going to my church even became paralyzed from a lack of stop light in a particular area near his home. I do not want this to happen again, to anyone else. I support this decision wholeheartedly. :)

Very busy, dangerous area. Especially with traffic from Laney and Trask. A traffic light would be great.

My little sister goes to Trask and someday she might be walking across that road and get hit. I don't want that to happen to anyone.

I don't live in Wilmington anymore but upon every visit, I've noticed how the city is growing. If this light will create safer traffic patterns, then I'll support it 100%

Another reason there should be a light at that location is the city bus stop located beside McDonalds. It is dangerous to cross the street with cars coming from all four directions.
Who ever designed this must not have young teens driving. There should be another exit some way or median to turn right first

A light in the area would keep everyone safe. We do not want a teen from Laney High School to lose a life and then decide a light is needed. We should be proactive and do the right thing first.
