On June 8th the communities of South Union and Cave Springs watched 3 life flight helicopters and an ambulance take off for the nearest trauma unit with victims from yet another accident at this location. This road intersects hwy 68-80 that is a state road that runs between Russellville and Bowling Green, KY.
