Trader Joes has the perfect customer base in Bluffton, with many, many moving in from areas where they shopped TJs and have not found any stores to fill the void

Please. I have lived in at least Ten markets with a Trader Joes Store. The demographics in Hilton Head and Bluffton are BETTER, period. Come to Beaufort County, now.
