It's too bad Trader Joe's didn't lease at the Shoppes of Windermere! They leased the old Albertson's to WalMart in what the developer promised would be "The Rodeo Drive of the entire East Coast!" Looking forward to TJ's Two-buck Chuck, fresh produce, and real food. Huzzah!

We need a Trader Joe's in the Dr. Phillips area. Orlando is a growing city. I don't want to drive far for the Winter Park location.

I only shopped at Trader Joe's all my years in MA, and have been dying for one to come to Orlando! This store beats Whole Foods in price and quality! I fully support Trader Joe's coming to Dr. Phillips!

I am currently a Polk County resident, but I work in Southwest Orange County. I spend a considerable amount of money in the Dr Phillips area each year because of the unique and high quality offerings available nearby. A Trader Joes and other establishments of this caliber are exactly the type of stores and restaurants that will keep me shopping in this area rather than closer to home.

I am not a fan of uncontrolled growth but understand that something will built on the church property. It appears that this is a good project, offering some green space for residents, a nice entrance to bordering neighborhood, some road improvements and a new store that some residents really want. No development will make all residents happy. This should satisfy some!
