Trader Joe's at Dr. Phillips

I am for the park and Trader. Joes to be built.

As a resident of Dr. Philips will really like Trader Joes in the neighborhood.

Waiting patiently.....

This will only help the economy of the area and will increase property values. Trader Joes has consistently shown a commitment to the community everywhere it has opened across the country.

I can't wait for Trader Joes.

Stop bitching at Unicorp, they are doing so much for the area, they have done nothing but improve the area, creating jobs, attractive structures, great tenants. Unicorp is not responsible for the traffic ordeal, blame the roads department, Sandlake should be a 6 lane road, the mess at Turkey Lake, I-4, Sandlake, I- Drive is roads department issue, why is the new bridge over I-4 at Premier outlet not an access road to I-4 from Apopka Vineland? We should all be grateful to Unicorp and aim our discontent at those responsible for designing and building roads.

I am glad to have trader joes in the area. I can understand why some people living near by would be opposed but it is not like it is the only commerical development in the area. I dont think that adding more will be a problem. The major traffic problem is the intersection of sandlake and turkeylake. That traffic backs up all the way to della. If they figured that area out eveything else would flow.

Looking forward to Trader Joe's new location in Dr. Phillips!!! Looking forward to opening day!

I am very excited about Trader Joe's coming to the community. It's wonderful to have additional healthy, and delicious food shopping choices in the area. I'm from NYC and i miss having many of my favorite foods, as I shopped there regularly. Can't wait til it's open for business!!

We need a Trader Joe's in our area.

Been waiting for a Trader Joe's easily accessed from I-4 there at Sand Lake Road, or at least in central florida. Clermont off the turnpike is also a perfect location. Clermont growth is truly awesome.

I can't even describe how excited I feel that Trader Joe's is finally coming to the Orlando area. I think Dr. Phillips is a perfect location to start. Do hope there will be more to come in the area in the future. "Think Winter Garden!"

Ohh how wonderful of Trader Joe's to come and open up Shop in Dr. Phillips as welcome them to our Beautiful Little City we call Home as this is very Exciting to have Trader Joe's Replace the River of Life Church in Dr. Phillips as it would give Dr. Phillips a New Image once Construction is complete as The River of Life Church is an Eye Soar and needs to be Demolished..

Ohh Good Good we need another Business to keep Orlando Looking Good cause without Businesses like Trader Joe's tourism would decrease rapidly so can't wait for Trader Joe's to start Building in Dr. Phillips...

I am all for having Trader Joe's being in the Dr. Phillips Community as I would love to see them as our new neighbor and seeing tourism increase in Central Florida Thanks to Trader Joe's
