I'm looking forward to Trader Joe's! It is a long overdue addition to the area. The quality of the products are phenomenal, the prices are reasonable and the atmosphere of Trader Joe's is fun.

I am a commercial appraiser and live across the street of this project, I am actually against the fence in Granada Villas and see the church from inside my house :-). I cant wait for the project to be a reality. Everything developed by Unicorp. is of excellence and adds beauty and value to the neighborhood. They manage doing it because it is their vision. Anything that I can be of help please let me know.
