The fact that a Trader Joe's is moving into the Orlando area was a factor in our decision to reside here! I truly hope this doesn't fall through. I was involved in trying to get one in Ft Wayne, IN, unsuccessfully.

Unicorp has done a wonderful job in Dr. Phillips - and is very attentive to the suggestions of the community. I believe that their development of ParkSide will definitely enhance our community.

I am hoping you can get this project passed. I think A Trader Joe's would be a great asset to the community. I have a medium direct mail advertising company here in Orlando. One of my customers is planning a large counter protest with postcards etc., and I hope that you will take the offensive and start a postive mailings to offset his. I also remember that you had promised at one the your mettings to plant trees on Sand Lake Rd and Apopka Vineland :) [email protected]
