I understand some people are against this development because of the traffic. But the traffic in this area is already bad. I don't believe this development will make it any worse than any other development. With this, we have a beautiful building and park. We have to allow development. If we didn't, I wouldn't be living in Dr. Phillips because it would still be an orange grove.
