PLEASE stop this scam. Trademark-DB Corp easily collect money from businesses under false pretenses. Thank goodness I am one who researches things I think are scams.

Why does the government allow these scammers to operate. I get these seemingly official, seemingly governmental "Trademark reminders" every year. FRAUD!!!

I have been threatened with legal action against me if I don't send one of these scam organizations a fee of over $1,000. What can I do to stop these harassing letters. They claim I agreed to pay this fee, but I only respond to official notices. I would not have responded to a scam company with a NY address.

Blatant fraudulent activity needs to be addressed. The only reason the behavior continues is due to people falling victim to the scam. Small business owners are hit the hardest and the thousands of dollars lost can make or break their business.

Wholeheartedly agree that these scammers need to be stopped. I frequently get inquiries from panicked clients who receive these deceptive notices.

I suggest the office look at some type of software that would prevent the data mining of information from the web site. If the information cannot be mined then there will be no scams.
