Our City of Tracy has PLENTY of new income and growth with the new industry and Housing that a bike park doesn't seem unreasonable

I 100% agree. Tracy definitely is in need of a bike park or even a new skatepark that bikes can also use. Ive personally been riding bmx for over 20 years now and have been a Tracy resident my entire life.
