Support Dr. Tracy Davis’s Nomination for the ACPA Lifetime Achievement Award

I joined higher education by completing the program at Western Illinois University primarily to learn inner Tracey's teaching. I've held those teachings close and have had a fulfilled career in higher education thanks to his brilliance. This is recognition well deserved and long overdue.

As a student of Dr. Tracy Davis, I am deeply honored to contribute to this petition. Dr. Davis has been an extraordinary mentor and educator, whose guidance and wisdom have profoundly shaped my academic journey. His commitment to fostering a learning environment grounded in social justice, critical thinking, and empathy has been truly inspiring. I can confidently say that my growth as a student and professional is directly attributed to his influence. Dr. Davis had a monumental impact on how I have operated as a professional for the last 25 years. He helped establish the foundation of empathy, care, and compassion when working with students that has served me well the last 25 years.
