Dr. Davis will always be one of the most impactful teachers I had. He knew how to challenge and support in a way that created learning. I still repeat one of his phrases today "Trust the Process".

Dr. Tracy Davis is an outstanding practitioner and has positively influenced hundreds of students over the last few decades. This recognition is well deserved.

Dr. Tracy Davis has been a dedicated servant to the field over his 30 year career, impacting our understanding of student development at broad levels, as well as taking the time to mentor countless emerging leaders in the field. I can't think of anyone more deserving of this award.
