Don't do things the old, tired, boring way.

The central issue surrounding the junction is traffic flow and this will only make it worse.

STOP giving our land and space to this developer! Protect existing minority owned businesses! Protect lives by allowing the fire dept and traffic to keep functioning. Improve traffic; don't make it worse for three years. Protect the environment and existing houses, businesses and our life in TP! STOP this plan NOW!

We saw our names on the petition at left, but that could have been the 2016 one? Please remove our names above if we are already signed on the 2018 petition so as not to duplicate. Thank you!

I’ve lived in Takoma Park my entire life 28 years to be exact. Let’s keep Takoma Park as it’s always been. Unique and diverse.

the co-op is an extremely important hub for our community and jeopardizing it for some pie in the sky development that may or may not succeed is folly.

I am appalled that the Mayor, Council and staff have kept moving along this project despite the many substantive concerns raised by residents, local businesses and the the fir chief and despite lacking critical information about the project's potential impacts on traffic and on pedestrians and bicyclists. I also appalled that months before traffic studies were done and published, city staff falsely claimed on the City's web site that the project would provide "Improved circulation of pedestrians and bicycl ists traveling through the Junction"> This is nothing more than nonsense and propaganda, and the City should remove any such propaganda from its web site.

Ridiculously destructive of the current community. Not appropriate for the residential community.

I use the Coop all the time. It is one of the best things about Takoma Park! Please vote no until a plan is developed which saves the Coop and the other businesses at the Junction.
