TP Penalty / Reward Removal for Matches With Leavers

We the players plead with HiRez Studios today to please make games with a leaver for more than 2min 30 seconds either not count or allow early surrender with no penalty.
It is not fair to either team to have a 4 v 5 or worse and loose ranking and TP for something we have 0 control over.
It is also at this time we plead with you to make it so when someone dodges que, those players are prioritized for the next match.
We appreciate the time and effort involved with our requests.
