Toxicity labelling to warn pet owners of the dangers of certain types of plants & flowers
This was caused by her eating some tulips that I had purchased.
I am petitioning for the legal requirement for plants and flowers to be labelled with toxicity warnings if dangerous to pets.
Please sign as I hope that this becomes a statutory requirement in the future.

I recently learned that an Amaryllis is part of the lily family as I was planting a new bulb. I had to give it away so my kitties would be safe. So glad they didn't chew one I grew years ago!
Please make pet owners aware of poisonous flowers - I also bought tulips not knowing that they were potentially lethal to my foster cats.
Completely agree & have said so myself when I nearly lost my cat when I was bought a bouquet of flowers that inc Lilies. 3 days on a drip but he was one of the lucky ones to still be here to tell the tale !
That’s a great idea I have had cats all my life and didnt realise tulips were poisonous. After seeing this post I have checked I have checked internet and am amazed how many are toxic
Let's get this done! There are so many more Flowers & plants out there that are Toxic to our animals that we pet owners are unaware of! There are warnings labels on toys for toddlers, so there should also be warning labels on plants & flowers to warn pet owners!
I was filled with dreed at this story i would love to help pet owners to be awear of dangerous plants and flowers

From the netherlands. Worked as a florist, but unaware of tulips’ toxicity. I have cats too. Awareness should be raised.
