Public resources should not be squandered on useless complaints. Nor should public places be ruled by self entitled pseudo "Pro" kid athletes and their families. This child's behavior would get him expelled from public school and should not be tolerated out in public. The constant distraction this family brings to the beach is a danger to others and themselves. They should be banned from Salt Creek or cover the cost of their abuse of the lifeguards time for frivolous complaints.
