I believe it is imperative for small towns to have many ways for people to enjoy them. Imagine when someone comes into town with an ATV and they see a home is for sale they will then become a taxpayer, if they don’t do that they’ll take advantage of small business within the community and help them continue to pay their taxes. They will shop local, and stay local. Small towns need to survive, and the way to do that is to be welcoming.
