I am strongly against subsidized housing. The cons outweigh the pros. There are plenty of rental units throughout Chili. There is no need to build any more.

I like chili the way it is. Not really interested in over-crowding, more traffic, or subsidized housing! I pay a pretty penny to live here just to have people move in that have less respect for the area because they don’t have to pay what the rest of us do to live here. Lower income housing = more crime & trash, hate to say it. Look at Gates. I love that town, but we just left there because of that. Trash up & down the main streets, and way more crime than uncomfortable with raising my children around!! Listen to your tax payers please!!

This project, if approved, will have a tremendously negative impact on the Town of Chili and the neighborhood off Westside Dr by Sutters Run and Golden Rd.

I strongly oppose this project. Enough rental unit properties !!!!
vote no opposing the rezoning project.
I say NO to Golden Road Incentive Zoning .
