Exactly! If its well maintained and in your own driveway, it shouldn't be a problem but it is. If I even back my trailer into my driveway to unload stuff and they (the hoa) happen to drive by at that moment and see its in my driveway, its a violation.
Unfortunately anonymous signers don't count towards the percentage of signatures we need to make this change.

If the streets can be full of cars bumper to bumper then there shouldn’t be no harm in parking a trailer in the driveway that you own.

Residents of a community should be able to keep all types of well maintained vehicles or attachments on their personal property, as long as it is clean, decent, and not decorating non roadways such as yards.

If it is in their backyard or side yard behind their fence, I think that is okay. But if you have numerous houses on the street doing this, the street becomes harder to navigate and causes blind spots and a dangerous situation for children, pets or people out walking

If it's well kept, i don't see the problem. Plenty of other neigjhbrhoods allow trailers in the driveway, why can't we?
