Toots has contributed significantly to the development, growth, popularity, and influence of reggae as a part of the Rock and Roll family. He is one of the world’s most charismatic performers. He is a prolific songwriter, hit maker and a pioneer.
Toots deserve to be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Don’t take my word, ask the people from across the world that he worked with.
