A stalwart like Toots who coined the word " reggay" and whose music is the epitome of the different eras of jamaican popular music from ska to reggae not to forget rocksteady, soul music and country, really deserves to be conducted to rock hall of fame owing to his longevity and to the consistency of his music. As évidence by the same backing outfit he's been touring and recording with for almost 45 years and his capicity to entertain a Crowe from different walks of life and age groupe from 70 year-old to teenagers

No words to express the loss of this icon. I've met and hung out with this joyful child in a man's body. The world has lost part of it's moral compass and soul. We will have to take up the slack.
