Seeing this momentum grow has been exhausting but deeply validating because it shows I am not the only one watching my children turn blue in that water. We have built real pressure now and I intend to keep pushing until the management finally acknowledges that their regulations are failing our families.

Literally cant take my daughter anymore as she turns into an icicle instantly. So frustrating when you pay good money for these sessions.
Its meant to be a fun activity but we just end up leaving early every time. Please turn the heat up.
Ridiculous. Okehampton is cold enough as it is. Fix the heating please.
My little boy was crying the whole time last week because he was so freezing. It makes no sense to bring them if they cant even enjoy it.
Lips were blue within 5 mins. Not okay for babies.
