As a regular user of Parklands Leisure centre Okehampton's toddler and family swim sessions it is becoming almost impossible to take the children swimming there. I have complained on numerous occasions that the pool is too cold and within minutes the children are shivering and lip's going blue, the response to this is that the temperature is within regulations. I would like all parents and carers to sign this petition so we can get them to make sure the pool is at a suitably temperature that will allow children to enjoy the experience of learning to swim.
